Delivery & Returns Policy

 

Delivery

We offer free delivery for all UK Mainland customers on orders over £50.  Orders received before 12 noon will be despatched the same working day (Monday-Friday).  All orders are despatched with a courier and are usually delivered next working day although at busy times this cannot be guaranteed.

Orders received after 12 noon will be despatched the following working day.

We send all of our orders by a preferred courier so please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery.  If you would like your order delivered on a specific working day please let us know when you place your order and we will organise this with our couriers.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Bright Ideas, however, if you do receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us with 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a full refund of the goods value.

When returning your goods please enclose a brief covering letter detailing the reason for return.  We will only be able to accept returned products that are in a resalable condition.  Refunds will only be processed when the returned items have been received by us and we would recommend that you return the goods to us using a signed for delivery service.  Please note that we are not responsible for return carriage costs unless we have sent the product to you in error or it is defective – if this is the case please contact us and we will arrange collection for you.
